AMT performed the architecture, civil site design, mechanical, electrical and plumbing design, and Special Inspections on this modern, 32,700-square-foot edifice at 1282 Prince Avenue as a medical office which features an interior that is flooded with natural light as well as a 160-space parking lot. The owner of the building, Barrett Development, accepted an offer for lease from Piedmont College.
