The Craftsman style planned development of 23 new homes in Athens’ most desirable neighborhood, was thoughtfully designed by David Matheny at AMT with master bedrooms on the main level and in town easy living in mind. With the challenge of designing within a densely planned neighborhood, the energy efficient community has communal green space, rear entry carriage style garages complete with electric car charges and brick, screened in breezeway/patios. AMT developed plans that were diverse with 3-4 bedrooms, open floor plans with living and dining areas flowing into the kitchen, owners suite on the main level, hardwood flooring throughout the main level of the home, kitchens with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and pantry with barn doors.
