AMT is proud to sponsor AthFest 2025 in Athens, GA. As a civil engineering and architecture firm rooted in community, we're thrilled to support AthFest Educates—a nonprofit empowering K-12 students in Clarke County through education of music and the arts.

Our Architects and Engineers were excited to work on this adaptive reuse project to transform this building into Athens’ newest inn. We provided Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Site Design services for the seven original and four additional rooms which highlight its historic charm. AMT is once again sponsoring Athens Business Rocks, and we couldn’t be more delighted. The Battle of the Bands will take place on May 3rd and all the proceeds will go towards Nuci's Space's mission of suicide prevention. We look forward to celebrating the creativity in the Athens area workforce while raising money for such an incredible cause.
