AMT reimagined this beautiful sorority house, transforming it into a vibrant residence for 65 sorority members. Our architects and engineers delivered a full site design, renovation, and addition that modernized the property while creating a welcoming hub of sorority life.

Highlights include a spacious new dining room, a state-of-the-art kitchen, updated chapter and conference rooms designed for connection and collaboration, and a fully reconfigured layout of bedrooms and bathrooms for comfort and functionality. The renovation also introduced an elevator for accessibility and a new porch and patio that extend the living space outdoors.
