The Briarcliff Phase II building, a former auto body and tire shop, was stripped down to the metal structure and repurposed as retail, restaurant, and medical spaces. The project team managed poor existing drainage, poor soil, an inadequate existing building slab and PEMB structure, stabilizing each in order to deliver a sleek modern anchor building for the area. Briarcliff Phase III, a ground up retail building, is now under construction at the rear of the property.
