The former downtown Athens Union Bus Station which operated starting in 1940 as a hub for numerous bus lines, was converted into a first-class, seafood restaurant. AMT and Lisa Ellis Design coordinated on the project, which won the Historic Athens 2020 Preservation Award for Outstanding Adaptive Reuse.
