The 16,925 sf assisted living facility is a full gut demolition and design-build renovation, consisting of 24 rooms, a vibrant games and craft area, a full commercial kitchen and dining hall. AMT conducted remediation for flood damage and updated the existing facility to meet current state health care standards and building codes. Eight single family cottages, a storage facility, an activity cottage and an outdoor park are planned for the future.
