Located in Downtown Athens, AMT converted the former East West Bistro space into the newest Jinya-Ramen Bar, which opened its doors in March of 2020. Working within the constraints of a densely packed historic building, AMT was tasked with navigating the building’s numerous legacy systems and elements in order to deliver a space that met the high Jinya standard of interior design.
