As part of a Design-Build team, AMT led the architectural, structural, and MEP design for a one-story office (2,540 sq. ft.) and storage building (1,320 sq. ft.) in Athens, GA. The building features a shed roof, brick and storefront façades, and an open interior with exposed wood beams and polished concrete floors—blending modern form with traditional character.
