Rooftop bar at Hyatt Place, a 9-story luxury hotel of which AMT’s architects and engineers were design team members along with Southern Hospitality Group, the Classic Center and RW Allen. The bar was part of a binding existing planned development, and AMT was tasked with providing the architectural and engineering expertise required to address ad-hoc requirements for the Bar’s operation, including providing a design for the bar area, elevator egress, a topographical survey of the roof, and power solutions.
