AMT was engaged to assess a derelict early 20th century home for renovation and provide new plans for its reconstruction. The project brief was to preserve as much of the home’s original detailing as possible, and provide a sensitive addition that would include a new kitchen, great room and garage. Evaluation of each fenestration and trim element led to careful replacement in kind and preservation of historic elements.
