Briarcliff Development
Briarcliff is a partial teardown of an existing pre-engineered metal structure and renovation of the exterior shell to provide spaces for new commercial, retail, and medical tenants. This design-build project completely reimagined the façade and site, providing an anchor for new commerce at the top of Broad Street near Alps Road. The project involved the integration of all phases of design on a challenging, existing site, where product and exterior finish material selection continued into the construction phase. This project was completed in early 2022.
