The Kapousouz’s residence in the historic Cobbham neighborhood of Athens, GA, is an award-winning renovation led by AMT Athens and JOMA Construction. Incorporating structural steel in the architectural design, the project reimagined the kitchen, living room, and rear porch porch, while restoring fenestration elements to their original, historic appearance. The project was recognized with the Outstanding Rehabilitation Award by Historic Athens in 2022.
