Ghavi’s Steakhouse – Athens Banner Herald Article

With its creative interiors, innovative layouts and unique construction challenges, Ghavi’s is an exciting project for AMT’s architectural team led by David W. Matheny, AIA. Ghavi’s Steakhouse is particularly stirring as it will activate this area of Athens as a socializing destination.

The 15,000-square-foot restaurant on Prince Avenue will feature lobby, bar, dining, restroom, and kitchen areas, along with stairs, an elevator, and a dumbwaiter. These will serve the bottom floor, which will offer breakfast, lunch, ice cream, and cake from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. and be accessible from the Hawthorne or Prince entrances.
