Creature Comforts Improvements
Because the Creature Comforts building was originally built in the 1940’s (formerly Snow Tire Co.), this 12,000 sq. ft. warehouse needed structural improvements which is why AMT became involved. Contributing to the salvage of the old building, AMT lent their expertise behind the scenes in the structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing aspects of the reclamation also submitting zoning applications.
