The work by AMT on this Georgia Transportation Enhancement funded project included the design of a pedestrian friendly corridor sidewalks and pedestrian trails and a Business Route to give pedestrians access to Waynesboro Business District. This project entailed the design of new sidewalks, adaptation of additional rail corridor for pedestrian traffic and new drainage structures to alleviate intermittent flooding in the areas of the new pedestrian areas.
