The Town Hall was designed and built to house the offices of the Mayor and Utilities Departments as well as serve as the public meeting room for the Mayor & Commission hearings. This 3,000 sq. ft. brick building consisted of a lobby, reception, meeting room, catering kitchen, office space, two vaults, secondary support facilities and space for a future expansion. The 12,000 sq. ft. Fire Station not only provided the town with a functional facility to house the firefighting equipment which met the required standards of the fire department, but also provided a facility the community could use as well.
