Contributing to the southern food cuisine in Athens, the Saucehouse contracted AMT for the architectural and civil engineering plans of this new 6,486 sq. ft. barbecue restaurant. The design concept included a new multi-building facility housing a separate full bar, covered games area, outdoor area with covered area for private gatherings and main restaurant with an open kitchen that allows the smell of smoked meat to waft into the spacious room of wooden tables and chairs and out onto the screened-in porch.
