AMT performed the architecture, civil site design, mechanical, electrical and plumbing design, and Special Inspections on this modern, 32,700-square-foot edifice at 1282 Prince Avenue as a medical office which features an interior that is flooded with natural light as well as a 160-space parking lot. Instead of leasing the building to medical professionals, the owner of the building, Barrett Development, accepted an offer for lease of the brick structure from Piedmont University to reserve part of the building for its nursing college.
