Pizza Factory
AMT developed a new layout floor plan for the recently opened Pizza Factory with an exposed kitchen for the public eye and a back kitchen. AMT provided the kitchen design to include the client’s investment of upscale food preparation machines, vent hood and beer dispensers as well as all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing designs and a safety plan. We celebrate this location being the first east coast franchise restaurant of the California based company.
